As there have been MANY questions in the past few hours I figured I'd address some of the big ones here to the best of my ability.

Head Start? Head Start One is a way for DC members to become familiar with SCL and the campaign creation tools. This being said, it is still a pre-release product which is very much a work in progress. Many changes will be made to the build people will be playing.

Who gets to play during Head Start One? Head Start One is for Limited Edition Collector's and Limited Edition Collector's Campaign pre-orders only. This is the edition with the statue, if you did not order the edition with the statue you will not get to play this weekend.

Are there other weekends planned? There are two other head-start weekends coming 09/18 - 09/20 and 09/24/ - 09/29 (not technically a weekend, but you know what I mean)

Why do the four additional keys not get access? The primary account associated with the purchase receives access today, not the additional four keys as this is for design council members only and the four additional keys do not grant design council access.

Why am I getting Invalid messages and Issues with login? For those having issues and getting invalid messages, we are working with Steam to rectify this now. This is mainly impacting EARLY adopters. Don't worry, the game is not live yet and you're not missing anything. This issue will be rectified before it goes live. If you're still having issues later today contact myself directly or click on the link in my signature to submit a ticket. I'll do my best to help you.

When does it go live? - As there are many switches to be flipped and mystical do-dads that have to be turned, we are aiming for this evening (EST). We do not have a concrete time locked down as of yet, but we'll let you know on our social channels as soon as time is established.

So what does the Design Council get to do this weekend? The DC will get to build campaigns and play campaigns created by other community members and members of n-Space. Character creation is available as are the DM tools. It should be noted that many aspects of the DM tools have been altered for balance and to prevent story spoilers, so not EVERYTHING will be available during these head-start programs. The player campaign will not be active during Head Start One, but players wishing to run modules solo with companions may do so.

Will Your Progress, Characters, Modules, etc. Carry Over? We are confident that campaigns/modules will be just fine. As for your characters, we'll have to wait and see based on your progress and feedback.

Hopefully this helps!

Thank you for answering the question many of us had! When the Campaign comes out on the 24th, I wish our friends that got a copy of the game from our Limited Collectors Edition Campaign could join us then instead of having to wait till the 29th for them to join us. Like a person can join a DC person for the story only if the DC person is the host of the game.

I'm not sure I'll be able to survive the sustained assault my kids are preparing to mount to gain control of my computer.

Thank you ASH. I want to apologize for my uncalled for comments, this is really all I think most of us wanted, communication. I guess I need to stop posting at 2:30am when I have been up for 42 hours straight. Again, sorry ash and any one else at nspace who was subject of my delusional ranting

Finally the answers we have all been so desperately waiting for. Lack of communication is hard when you are eager to play a game you have been waiting to get your hands on for months. With these statementes, everything is just fine with me. Thanks!

I think all of us have had some Ranting moments here but we are all passionate about DnD and our world here.

I'm sure I've said things I shouldn't have as well and I apologize If I did.

I think we have all become used to the Major Game companies and how they set up their releases and the standard they throw around with hard release dates and early footage, but in all honesty what these guys are doing is amazing. They are doing everything they can to appease us and what we ask for the best they can. they aren't a huge developer like blizzard or EA, but instead they have tried to come together and they don't want to give us promises they can't keep, I'm sure I'm not the only one who Played the infamous Fable that gave us a rediculous long list of promises they still to this day never have accomplised after multiple sequels.

I think they are doing it right, they are only showing us what they know is complete and this game is still a work in progress game developed by a small developer to try and make guys like us have fun playing DnD when we can't always get a group of friends together at the tabletop.

+1 to this... let's rejoin our efforts to make this an awesome game! Everyone's thoughts matter, let's just keep it light and work together to get this ship righted.

So people who paid the 60 for the digital CE get no early access at all?

I understand someone who drops 250 bucks should get access even sooner, but to give Pre Orders no early access at all, even just a couple of days doesn't seem right. Its sort of established video game protocol that if I pay in advance and pay extra money for digital features that in return you get a couple days early access at least. For most games its generally a week.

Please reconsider giving some, even if very limited, early acess to the 60 dollar digital version of the game.

So what version of head start do the other 4 copies get ? Does it differ from a pre-order ?

If not don't you think it would be nice to refund the difference you charged up front of 20.00 for that access for the 4 copies ?

Easy to figure out

Single deluxe to limited is 180.00 upgrade cost

Campaign deluxe to limited is 200.00

The only difference is the head start access for the 4 other copies was included.

My 4 friends went along with this even though they wanted the digital deluxe versions to get early access. Now they have the same access as if they just pre-ordered the game.

You should give them campaign access on the 24th, or do something for the suckers who ordered this version, thinking all 5 copies would have head start access.

I suggest you issue 4 head start access items to the steam account linked to the 350.00 Limited Campaign bundles.

Else I will personally be pursuing this to the full.

You do. Just not this weekend. You will get to play next weekend.
